WOW! It Changers Lightening Effects Kit enables you to change the appearance of your existing powders, meaning your powders are even more versatile! Give your powders texture, sheen or sparkle, depending on which lightening effect powder you use. Using the lightening effect powders will also lighten the colour of your embossing powder, meaning a whole new range of shades as well as finishes!
The kit comes with one each of the effects powders plus three empty jars for holding your new custom mixes, all in a handy carry case. Additional empty jars are sold separately.
