Curious Blue Glossy Glaze is a translucent tinted water based dimensional gel with a glossy finish which is suitable for use on most surfaces. Designed by Cosmic Shimmer in conjunction with Jamie Rodgers, this gel remains flexible when dry so can easily be die cut to create embellishments. Apply with brush, spatula, palette knife or sponge through stencils to create some unique effects.
