Cosmic Shimmer Fluffy Stuff 30ml, or as we like to call it, liquid snow, in a handy 30ml bottle with a fine applicator nozzle, is perfect for snow effects on your Christmas projects. Apply sparingly to your project and then heat with a heat tool. This will have the effect of drying the fluffy stuff which will expand as it dries to leave you with a very lightweight, matte white raised finish. Be careful not to overheat or the fluffy stuff will go brown.
